Fragrant Chive & Shrimp Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in wok on high heat.
  2. Add ginger; stir-fry 5 sec.
  3. Add shrimp; stir-fry 3 min.
  4. Stir in wine; cook 15 sec.
  5. Add water and sugar; cook and stir 1 min.
  6. Add barbecue sauce; stir.
  7. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until shrimp are done.
  9. Sprinkle with chives.
