Apricot dipping sauce with soy

• 1 3/4 cup apricot jam
• 2 tbsp soy sauuce
• 3 tbsp finely chopped scallion greens
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1 fresh ginger to taste

1. melt jam in small saucepan
2. stir in remaining ingedients plus salt pepper to taste
3. simmer for 3 minutes
