Easy Lentil Soup Recipe

• 1 pkg. dry lentils
• 10 c. water
• 1/4 pound salt pork
• 3 bay leaves
• 3 tbsp. chopped onion
• 1 tbsp. chopped garlic

1. Clean and drain lentils.
2. Boil water.
3. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
