Smoked Sausage And Sauce Recipe
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. brown or possibly white sugar
- Red pepper to taste
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- Cut smoked sausage into bite size pcs and brown in frying pan.
- Drain sausage and place in casserole dish.
- In medium pot, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper.
- Stir and bring to slow boil.
- Pour mix over sausages and serve warm.
