Seasoned New Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 12 medium size new potatoes (about 2 1/2 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- Place water in a 2-quart shallow casserole; microwave at High for 12 to 15 seconds.
- Add bouillon granules; stir until the granules are dissolved.
- Stir in seasoned salt and lemon juice. Scrub potatoes; cut into 1/2-inch slices.
- Place in seasoned liquid in casserole.
- Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; microwave at High for 14 to 16 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring after every 4 minutes.
- Add butter.
- Cover and microwave at High for 1 minute.
- Gently stir in parsley.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
