Seasoned New Potatoes

  1. Place water in a 2-quart shallow casserole; microwave at High for 12 to 15 seconds.
  2. Add bouillon granules; stir until the granules are dissolved.
  3. Stir in seasoned salt and lemon juice. Scrub potatoes; cut into 1/2-inch slices.
  4. Place in seasoned liquid in casserole.
  5. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; microwave at High for 14 to 16 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring after every 4 minutes.
  6. Add butter.
  7. Cover and microwave at High for 1 minute.
  8. Gently stir in parsley.
  9. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
