Sweet Potatoes in Applesauce

• 1 can potatoes sweet, drained
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 can applesauce
• 1/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
• 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1. Place sweet potatoes in a 1 quart casserole.
2. Sprinkle with salt.
3. Spoon applesauce over potatoes.
4. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with butter.
5. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
6. Bake at 375F (190C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
