Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Cups
- 3-1/2 cups water
- 2 cups large flake rolled oats
- 1/3 cup Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp. pepitas
- 3 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 3 Tbsp. raisins
- 3 Tbsp. chopped dried apricots
- Bring water and oats to boil in medium saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until oats are tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Add peanut butter and honey; mix well.
- Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
- Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
- Remove oatmeal cups from freezer; let stand at room temperature 10 min.
- Use offset spatula to remove cups from pan.
- Place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags; return to freezer.
- Freeze up to 2 months.
- Transfer 2 oatmeal cups to microwaveable bowl just before serving.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
- 40 sec.
- or until heated through, stirring after 1 min.
