Mushroom Meat Patties
- 1 12 lbs ground round
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 small onion
- 1 small potato
- 13 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 12 cup water
- garlic powder, to taste
- Peel and grate onion and potato.
- Mix well with meat, egg, milk and seasoning.
- Shape into patties and brown.
- Place in casserole dish and cover with soup and water.
- Cover and simmer for 25 minutes at 350*.
