Marinated Broccoli

  1. Simmer broccoli in lightly salted water in large saucepan, covered, 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  2. Rinse in cold water; drain well.
  3. Arrange broccoli in glass mixing bowl.
  4. Toss with remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and chill 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Drain and serve.
