THE LAZY MOMS BREAKFAST BURRITO

  1. use small frying pan on medium low heat to melt better
  2. mix egg whites (you can choose how much of the egg whites you want to use just depends on how big you want your burrito) with the peppers and onions.
  3. place in frying pan.
  4. it will only take about 7 minutes to cook the egg whites and vegies.
  5. heat flour tortilla in microwave for 15 seconds and the place whatever kind of cheese you want on the tortilla.
  6. once egg whites and veggies are done place ontop of the cheese
  7. add a few leaves of lettuce, one tablespoon salsa (optional) wrap up and throw it back in the frying pan for about 5 minutes flipping it over after 2 and a half minutes
  8. you can make 2 at a time it will pretty much take the same amount of time to cook

want, flour tortilla, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, butter, salsa, egg whites
