Dairy Free Gluten Free Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Peppers
- 12 whole Jalapenos, Sliced Lengthwise
- 8 ounces, weight Tofutti's Better Than Cream Cheese (Cream Cheese Substitute)
- 8 ounces, weight Rice Cheese (any Flavor)
- 1 package Bacon (1 Pound)
- 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 1.
- Slice jalapenos lengthwise, rinse and clean out seeds and membranes.
- 2.
- Mix tub of cream cheese, cheese and if you have any optional ingredients mix them in too.
- I have used chopped chives, green onions or 2 teaspoons of Tastefully Simples Onion and all taste great.

- Stuff peppers with mix.
- 4.
- Wrap bacon around jalapenos.
- 5.
- Brush with BBQ sauce.
- 6.
- Bake at 350F for 30- 4o minutes until bacon is crisp.
- If you have a convection oven that works too use the same temperature.
- It just makes your bacon crispier.
- Alternate: Bake 275 for an hour.
