Mika's Asian Ramen
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 small onion, cut in half and sliced into 1/2 moon shapes
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups napa cabbage
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 12 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce (or to taste)
- 18 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder (or to taste)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles, cooked and drained
- In a large skillet brown beef and add garlic, ginger, carrots and onion until vegetables are tender crisp.
- Add water and remaining ingredients including ONLY ONE SEASONING packet from the Ramen noodles.
- Cook for a few more minutes until heated through and serve.
