Cheesecake
- 16 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 16 oz. creamed cottage cheese
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 graham cracker crust
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0. Grease 10-inch spring-form pan. Press cottage cheese through a fine strainer. In a large bowl, blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs and margarine. Add in flour, cornstarch, vanilla, almond and salt. Press graham cracker crust into bottom of pan. Pour other ingredients into pan. Bake for 1 hour. Leave in oven 1 hour and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
