Shrimp & Crabmeat Casserole Recipe
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Few drops warm sauce
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 boiled Large eggs, minced
- 1 pound shrimp, boiled & cleaned
- 1 c. crabmeat
- Make white sauce from flour, butter, lowfat milk and chicken broth.
- Add in other ingredients.
- Pour into greased casserole.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
