Caramel Peanut Crunch

  1. Place graham crackers side by side on bottom of ungreased 15x10x1" jelly roll pan(I used a cookie sheet).
  2. In 2 qt saucepan combine butter & sugar.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture come to a full boil.
  4. (3-5 min).
  5. Boil, stirring constantly, 5 minute.
  6. Immediately pour over graham crackers; spread to coat.
  7. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  8. Let chips stand 1 minute; spread.
  9. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  10. Lightly press peanuts into chocolate.
  11. Cool; break into pieces.
