Sauerkraut Ham Balls

  1. In large bowl, combine ham, sauerkraut, onion and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
  2. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Stir into sauerkraut mixture.
  4. Chill at least one hour.
  5. Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Coat with flour.
  6. Beat eggs and milk.
  7. Dip balls into egg mixture and roll in remaining crumbs.
  8. Deep fry until golden brown.
