Kate's Healthy Fruit Smoothie
- 12 banana, frozen
- 12 cup strawberry, frozen
- 1 cup skim milk
- 12 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, whole
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 2 probiotic capsules
- Blend flax seed and oatmeal until well blended.
- Add fruit, milk & the remainder of the ingredients & blend well.
- Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy!
