Jalapeno Popper Dip

  1. Carefully slice and seed jalapenos, reserving some seeds ONLY if you like it spicy.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  3. Combine jalapenos, green chilies, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, fiesta cheese and bacon bits.
  4. Spread into a baking dish and top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes, watching carefully, until crumbs are just turning golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
