Autumn Vegetable Succotash Recipe

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter.
  2. Add in onion; cook till translucent/soft, 2 min.
  3. Add in garlic, bell peppers, zucchini, squash, lima beans, and corn.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper; cook, stirring, till vegetables are tender, 10 min.
  5. Stir in sage, and serve.
  6. Serves 8.
