M.K.C.'S Creamed Mushroom Chicken Breasts

  1. Cut large chicken breast in half; roll in flour and stir-fry in shortening (1/2 cup).
  2. Cook until golden brown, then put in casserole dish.
  3. In stir-fry drippings, combine next 9 ingredients.
  4. Pour over all chicken breasts; cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes at 350u0b0, then sprinkle for topping 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over all; cover.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 350u0b0; let set 15 minutes and serve.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
