Pork and Beans Bread

  1. Add raisins to boiling water and set aside.
  2. Mash beans with a fork in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add sugar,eggs,oil and vanilla.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Sift together dry ingredients and fold inches.
  6. Drain raisins and fold in with chopped nuts.
  7. Spoon batter into three greased and floured loaf pans.
  8. Bake in a 325-degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes,or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
