Egg Salad Wrap
- 4 small whole wheat tortillas
- 4 cups tightly packed torn romaine lettuce
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, cut into quarters
- 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 1-1/4 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Top tortillas with remaining ingredients.
- Fold up bottom edge of each tortilla, then roll up.
