Turnip-Green Salsa Verde

  1. In a bowl, mash the capers, anchovies and garlic.
  2. Add the mint and parsley.
  3. Mince the turnip greens; you should have 1/4 cup.
  4. Add to the bowl.
  5. Whisk in the lemon juice and oil; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the salsa verde with the sliced turnips.
