Pork Belly Ginger Stir-fry
- 400 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 Green peppers
- 1 thumb Grated ginger
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Cooking sake
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice the onion, and macerate for an hour in the sauce.
- Heat a pan coated with sesame oil and fry the mixture from step 1.
- When the meat has cooked through, add the finely sliced green pepper and fry again.
- When the pepper has wilted, it's done!
