Pork Belly Ginger Stir-fry

  1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice the onion, and macerate for an hour in the sauce.
  2. Heat a pan coated with sesame oil and fry the mixture from step 1.
  3. When the meat has cooked through, add the finely sliced green pepper and fry again.
  4. When the pepper has wilted, it's done!
