Binos Queso
- 4 pounds Velveeta, Cut Into Chunks
- 1 pound Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 4 ounces, weight Ortega Diced Green Chilies (small Can)
- 10 ounces, weight Diced Rotel Tomatoes
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cups Tascosa Hot Sauce (or Your Favorite Picante Sauce)
- 2 Tablespoons Pickled Jalapeno Juice
- You will need a 3 1/2-qt teflon pan.
- Brown meats, garlic, green chilies, and red pepper flakes together.
- Crumble meat as you cook.
- Do not drain.
- Lower your heat to medium-low and add Velveeta to meat mixture.
- When cheese has melted, add Rotel tomatoes.
- Slowly add in milk and hot sauce along with jalapeno juice.
- Stir well and pour into a crock pot and keep warm on the lowest setting.
- This is a great dip for parties with chips or as a topping for frozen burritos or baked potatoes.
