Mango Chutney Recipe

  1. Coarsely chop peppers, pimentos, almonds, currants, and garlic.
  2. In a large pan, mix the sugar, vinegar, powdered ginger, and red peppers and bring to a boil.
  3. Combine the two mixtures, and boil 15 min.
  4. Add in mangos and boil till tender, about 2 hrs.
  5. Makes about 8 qts.
  6. Very good!
