Almost BLT Sandwich

  1. Cook the Canadian bacon in a small nonstick skillet until both sides are browned, about 4 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile spread the dijon mustard over one slice of bread.
  3. Place the cooked bacon over the mustard.
  4. Top with tomato slices, lettuce and remaining slice of bread to make a sandwich.
  5. Serve.
