Sweet Onion Casserole

  1. Combine onions, wine and butter in 2-quart covered dish. Cook on High (100%) power for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
  2. Stir in flour and seasonings.
  3. Cook on High (100%) power for 30 seconds.
  4. Slowly stir in milk and sour cream.
  5. Cook on High (100%) power for 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Cook on Medium (50%) power for 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese melts.
  7. Serves 8.
