bbq Pork

  1. Trim fat off pork.
  2. Cut into bite sized cubes.I always season my pork with salt,pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  3. Put celery salt,brown sugar,chili powder and onion flakes in a big ziploc baggie.
  4. Add pork.
  5. Shake well to coat.
  6. In a casserole or oven proof dish add the soup and vinegar.
  7. Stir.
  8. Add contents of baggie to dish.
  9. Stir.
  10. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours @350*.
  11. Baking time is alot -- it was very cooked so check after 1 hour.
  12. Serve over rice.
  13. Enjoy!
