Cheesy meatballs

  1. preheat the oven to 400f/205c
  2. in large bowl, add ground meat, egg, oil, cheese, bread crumps, salt, pepper, dried basil and parsley.
  3. Mix to combine.
  4. spray a large baking dish with non stick spray.
  5. add 2 cups of pasta sauce.
  6. roll meat into golf ball size meatballs.
  7. press the mozarella cubes in, seal the meat around the cheese and set into the sauce.
  8. repeat until finish.
  9. pour the last cup of pasta sauce and sprinkle additional mozarella cheese on top.
  10. bake for 30-35 minutes.
  11. can be served with pasta or bread.
