Aam Ki Meethi Chatni (Sweet Mango Chutney)

  1. Clean and slice the mangoes.
  2. Place all ingredients on a sil and grind coarsely with a batta (or use a mortar and pestle).
  3. Remove to a serving dish.
  4. Add a little water if the mixture is too thick and lumpy, and blend.
  5. Chill before serving.
