John's venison veggie soup
- 1 pd. of ground venison
- 1 can of green beans, drained
- 1 can of corn with juice.
- 1 can of carrots with juice
- 1 can of peas with juice
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed into bite sized pieces
- 1 can of tomato juice
- 1/2 can of tomato paste
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- brown venison in large pot with salt and pepper.
- add the tomato paste, juice, and the veggies.
- put lid on and simmer until the veggies are tender.
- enjoy with a grilled cheese.
