Tex Mex Chick Soup
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/2 each onions diced
- 1 x vegetable oil
- 1 pound chicken shredded
- 1 each taco seasoning mix 1 package
- 8 ounces salsa 1 jar
- 14 ounces corn 2 cans
- 16 ounces hominy, whole, canned 1 can
- 8 ounces tomato paste 1 can
- 28 ounces chicken broth 1 can
- 4 ounces cream cheese 1 package
- Saute garlic, onion, add chicken, seasoning mix, salsa, corn, hominy, tomato paste and chicken broth simmer 20min.
- Take hot liquid pour over cream cheese mix well add to soup simmer 10 min.
