Italian Garlic Roasted Potatoes

  1. Chop the potatoes in small chunks.
  2. Toss with remaining ingredients.
  3. Spread out in a large non-stick cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes.
  5. Turn and bake another 30 minutes.
  6. They are ready when they are brown and crispy.
