Melt in the Mouth Choc-Mint OREO Fudge
- 400 g Pascall Marshmallows
- 120 g butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 250 g CADBURY Dark Chocolate Melts
- 1 1/2-2 teaspoons peppermint essence
- 150 g packet Classic OREO, reserve 5, then coarsely chop the remainder
- COMBINE the marshmallows, butter and water in a saucepan and melt together over a low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat.
- ADD the chocolate and peppermint essence and stir until the chocolate has melted.
- Stir in the chopped OREO.
- SPOON the mixture into a greased and lined 20cm square pan and smooth over.
- Halve the remaining Oreos and scatter over the top.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into 16 pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until required.
