Celebration Ice Cream Pie

  1. Spread strawberry ice cream in bottom of baked pie shell.
  2. Freeze 1 hour.
  3. Spread chocolate ice cream on top of strawberry ice cream.
  4. Freeze 1 hour.
  5. Heat oven to 425F.
  6. Beat egg whites in bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until stiff peaks form.
  7. Add marshmallow creme gradually, beating at low speed until smooth.
  8. Spread carefully onto frozen pie, sealing to edges of crust.
  9. Bake 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.
  11. Serve with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce or raspberry puree.
