Chicken A La Parisienne Recipe
- 4 whole chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. cooking white wine
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a skillet, brown chicken and then put in a baking dish.
- Brown the onions and mushrooms together, pour over the chicken.
