Cajun Stuffed Crab Al Olinde Recipe

  1. Gently mix crabmeat with cracker crumbs, green onions, and seasonings.
  2. Add in lowfat sour cream and mix with a spatula.
  3. Stuff crab shells and sprinkle with paprika or possibly cajun seasonings.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 min at 400 degrees.
  5. Heat butter in saucepan and fold in sauce ingredients in order and simmer briefly over low heat.
  6. Top stuffed crabs with sauce before serving.
