Black Bean Dip

  1. Black Bean Dip: Puree ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  2. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each 4-oz.
  3. Mason jar.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. For each shared appetizer: Top each jar with about 1 tsp.
  6. of each diced vegetable and 1/2 tsp.
  7. cilantro.
  8. Serve with 8 tortilla chips.
