Carrot Salad
- 1 (10 ounce) bagof shredded carrots
- 12 cup raisins
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 34 cup of just mayo mayonnaise
- 14 cup half-and-half cream
- 18 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- In a large mixing bowl, add the carrots and raisins and stir until combined.
- In another large bowl, add the mayo, half and half, apple cider vinegar, crushed and drained pineapple, sugar, and salt.
- Stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Add the mayo mixture to the carrots and raisins.
- Mix ingredients together with two forks until combined.
- This recipe can be served immediately or placed in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour before serving.
