Easy Italian Casserole

  1. In a Dutch oven or large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add beef, veal and pork.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the meat changes color and the fat rises to the top.
  4. Pour into a colander and drain.
  5. Return the meat to the Dutch oven or pot and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until remaining liquid evaporates and meat begins to brown.
  6. Add the onions and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the chili powder, paprika, peppers, oregano, cumin and rosemary.
  8. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the beans and tomato sauce.
  9. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  10. Sprinkle with the coriander.
  11. Serves 12.
