Tuna and Vegetable Pasta
- 375g fettuccine
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 red capsicum, chopped
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 425g can tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Miracle Whip
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- black pepper, to taste
- Cook pasta according to packet directions.
- Drain.
- Heat a little oil in a saucepan and cook broccoli, capsicum and spring onions for 4-5 minutes, stirring.
- Gently stir in tuna, Miracle Whip* and sour cream.
- Pour sauce over hot pasta.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
