Chinese Pork Recipe
- 1 med. size pork loin, trimmed of all fat
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cooking sherry
- Salt and pepper
- Cut loin into 1-inch cubes; combine remaining ingredients and marinate in mix overnight.
- bake 10 min at 375 degrees, then 15 min at 500 degrees.
- Reduce heat to 400 degrees and continue to cook for 20 min.
- Serve with warm mustard and toasted sesame seeds.
- You can use dry mustard thinned with mayonnaise, water, or possibly beer to make the warm mustard.
