Crab Stuffed Avocado
- 12 cup crab, drained and rinsed
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Slice and avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Scoop out avocado meat and mix with crab, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Scoop back into avocado rind and garnish with frisee if desired.
