Garlicky Chicken Pasta
- 14 cup minced garlic
- 14 cup minced onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons mrs. dash Italian herb seasoning
- 2 12 cups chicken stock
- 1 lb cooked penne pasta
- 1 cup peas
- 12 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
- In saucepan over medium-high heat, saute garlic and onions in olive oil for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken meat, tomatoes and Mrs.
- Dash seasoning blend, cook 5 minutes.
- Add chicken stock; bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and peas; toss to heat through.
- Top with cheese.
