Broccoli Parmesan
- 2 boxes frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
- Saute onion in butter/margarine until tender.
- Blend in flour, salt, pepper, marjoram and mustard.
- Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
- Stir in bouillon cube.
- Gradually add milk and cook until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add 1/2 cup cheese and stir until melted.
- Pour sauce over broccoli in greased ovenproof casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika and remaining cheese.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.
