Herb-laced Olive Medley

  1. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, herbes de Provence, and garlic in bowl.
  2. Add olives, and toss to coat.
  3. Cover, and marinate in refrigerator overnight, stirring occasionally.
  4. Store up to 1 week.
