Roasted Asparagus with Orange and Cumin Recipe

  1. Rinse asparagus; trim off stem ends.
  2. In a 12 by 17 inch baking pan, mix asparagus with olive oil, orange peel, and cumin.
  3. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in 450 F oven until aspargus is tender when pierced, 10-12 minutes.
