Grilled Cactus Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Grill first 4 ingredients 8 to 12 min.
  3. or until cactus and onions are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing cactus with 2 Tbsp.
  4. dressing for the last 2 min.
  5. (Some ingredients will cook faster than others.
  6. Transfer ingredients to cutting board as they finish cooking.)
  7. Cool 10 min.
  8. Chop cactus into 3/4-inch pieces; place in large bowl.
  9. Chop tomatoes and onions into 1/2-inch pieces; mix with cactus.
  10. Discard stems and seeds from chiles; coarsely chop chiles.
  11. Add to cactus mixture; mix lightly.
  12. Stir in remaining ingredients.
