BBQ Pork Ribs with Ancho Chile & Sweet Piquante BBQ Sauce

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Stir in barbecue sauce, piquante peppers and chile powder; simmer 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  3. For each serving: Place 1 lb.
  4. ribs in shallow pan; brush with 1/2 cup sauce.
  5. Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 10 min.
  6. or until heated through.
  7. Serve with 7 grilled peppers and 3/4 cup (4 oz.)
  8. corn.
